 Katie is known for her change leadership and passion to transform management practices that meet the needs of a new generation. She began her career with Kaiser Permanente six years ago and has worked in several parts of the organization, including national human resources and information technology. Katie holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology and maintains ongoing study to complete her PhD in Organizational Psychology. Katie’s doctoral research topic is millennial employee retention. Her research topic coincides deliberately with her passion and other KP role as Vice President of genKP, an internal business resource group. genKP aims to build an enterprise wide multi-generational talent community that helps drive Kaiser Permanente’s next generation of care. This is achieved by providing energizing cross-organizational collaboration and professional development opportunities that optimize the power of networks.
