A communicator, social innovator, and entrepreneur, Brandon Andrews  is co-founder of SkillTarget; a web application empowering job-seekers to get the skills needed to be competitive.  

He spends his days at MWW PR where he assists clients with corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, and government relations.

In 2015 Brandon joined Values Partnerships to organize a nation-wide tour focused on bringing more diverse ideas and voices to Season 7 of ABC's hit show, Shark Tank. He is also leading an effort to support entrepreneurs through developing a network of capital, skill-building, and other resources.

Previously, Brandon worked as a consultant assisting disruptive and social impact organizations with digital strategy, online advocacy, and navigating the federal system. Brandon served as Interim Executive Director of Lincoln Labs and helped organize the Reboot Congress conference in DC. He spent 5 years in the U.S. Senate where he handled technology, small business, and defense policy. He also worked on the digital team of the 57th Presidential Inaugural Committee. In the community, Brandon serves as Director of IMPACT where he manages web content and civic engagement. Brandon assisted in planning the first My Brother’s Keeper Data Jam out of which – SkillTarget – was born. He is a Taproot Foundation consultant, and a contributor to the Meridian International Center's Social Innovation program. He was appointed to the D.C. Commission on National and Community Service by the Mayor of Washington, D.C., where he currently serves at Vice-Chair.

Brandon's provides commentary on policy, politics, and technology. He has been featured on TVOne, CCTV America, BBC, NPR, Fox News, and other outlets.
