Anthony Knierim is Founder COO of Matchup and leads operations and the market strategy of the business. Prior to Matchup, Anthony led digital strategy as the first employee of Reboot Media Group; a venture backed digital political media publishing company based out of Chicago backed by capitalists Anne Dias Griffin and Jim & Lester Crown. Anthony has spent nearly a decade building award-winning strategic technology solutions with both Accenture and Aon where he built and lead a Human Capital technology solutions business.

Much of his work has focused on building efficient solutions in talent management and acquisition, employee wellness, employer communication and branding, market and demand creation, and HR analytics.

 Anthony sits as an investor, board member and advisor for Chicago startups such as Packback Books, JobHive, MentorCloud, and Reboot Illinois. He was the 2013 Beacon Award recipient of Progressive Innovation from the Greater Management of Association of Chicago and also won the Early Career Achievement Award from his Alma Mater, Illinois State University.
