Haute Saison Catering aims to prepare fine food for diverse events, crafting each dish by hand and using locally sourced ingredients. Owner and Head Chef Jan Van Haute uses his vast culinary experience - including time spent cooking for royal family in Brussels, as well as earning the honor of Top Embassy Chef in 2010 - to create European dishes for the people of Washington, D.C.
